Class Descriptions
Class Series
This all-encompassing 6 class prenatal series is made up of five HypnoBirthing® classes and one Expectant Mom HypnoMothering® class. Birthing couples can continue attending HypnoBirthing classes for free until their baby arrives.
This can be taken as a group or private class. This package includes the HypnoBirthing book, audio tracks and class handout, as well as the HypnoMothering audio tracks and class handout.
Class Series Refresher
For birthing couples whom have already taken a HypnoBirthing class for the birth of their baby and want to refresh themselves about Hypnobirthing techniques for their next baby. They can attend a Class Series at a discounted rate.
This can be taken as a group or private class, and includes the HypnoMothering audio tracks. The HypnoBirthing Book and audio tracks can be purchased through me.
HypnoMothering Classes
The HypnoMothering classes are offered throughout the year; check the website or contact me for dates. You do not need to have taken HypnoBirthing classes to attend a HypnoMothering class.
